The Riding School is well staffed and provides a good service, though a little expensive at £25 for half an hour. Lamareio was a little nervous at first but enjoyed it enough to go back for a second visit.

Administrator Suzanne Bailey (centre) left our Calvin Street offices at the end of February to take up a new post. Suzanne was presented with a gift voucher from Community care Options, and flowers (right) from the staff.  She  is pictured with the other members of the office staff. We all wish her well for the future.
Lamareio is a young man who lives with his family in Westhoughton. He is coming up to school-leaving age and Comco support him for activities. He has been trying a number of different things such as cycling, swimming and visiting the Pikes Lane Social Club. Recently he has begun horse-riding for the first time,  at Landlord's Farm near Aspull.

Steven has kept hamsters for several years. Currently he has two, Max and Paddy, who are very well looked after and have a cage each. The picture is of Max.
Steven has had several rooms painted to brighten his flat. Steven is very house proud and has everything he needs in his home. In fact it is so impressive we are thinking of starting to call it Freeman Palace.
Steven has his flat redecorated
With a little help from Comco and our partners, Bolton at Home, Jason has just moved from Private rented accommodation to a flat in Kearsley that is more suited to his needs. He has great views across the moors from his front window
