After finding out he had autism late in life, Laurence Pressman began a DIY/Bricklaying course at the Comco Skills Training Centre, and as a result of being around like-minded people, his confidence grew. He then progressed to the woodworking course. Since finishing both courses Laurence has got a job with a cleaning company, and he also started volunteering at the Training Centre. He is pictured with tutor Ian Walsh from the centre, after receiving has certificate and a £50 voucher at the ‘Adult & Community Learning Awards’ night, held by Bolton College in partnership with Bolton Council.

Krystal wins the singing competition
Recognising Dorothy's long service
Bolton Shopmobility assistant Dorothy Page was presented with flowers from the Trustees, in appreciation of her loyalty and long service. The presentation was made by Trustee Isabel Seddon (right)
Krystal Ralphson won the singing competition, at the Comco Social Night. The event which takes place on the first Tuesday in the month at the railway club on Green Lane is very popular.
