Gemma, said that she enjoys coming to the office and says it’s her favourite place to visit. She loves coming for a coffee and chatting to staff who help her to find pictures of washing machines, which are a big interest of hers.

Letter of thanks from Courtney
I would like to thank all the staff at Darren Court for helping me this week.  I have really enjoyed my time here and hope one day to help people just as they do.  The staff are happy, friendly, kind and selfless and are well respected by all the tenants. Luckily I have been able to attend appointments and help with the weekly shopping etc.  All the activities have helped develop my understanding of the care and attention each tenant needs.
All the tenants are happy and friendly and each have their own personalities and have truly made my time here full of fun. I would like to thank Hinke for spending time delivering training sessions with me, to gain knowledge on the different learning disabilities and mental health problems and the difference between them. Karina, thank you for letting me follow you around, showing me different things that you and the rest of the staff do.  Also for explaining and answering any questions I may have.    I hope to see everyone again soon.
